Hotel IBEROSTAR SELECTION SANTA EULALIA (ADULTS ONLY 16+) | Spain

07.04.26 Please be advised that the construction work located next to the hotel, as previously communicated in my email dated 25.09.2025, will remain active until 01.05.2026. Thereafter, and until approximately 15.10.2026, the works must be suspended in compliance with the applicable municipal regulations.

25.09.25 Construction work on the seven villas adjacent to the hotel is expected to resume on 15 October 2025. There may be some noise disturbance during this time. The work will continue until the start of the season on 31 May 2026, at which point it must cease in accordance with general municipal regulations. The hotel will be closed during the winter months from 2 November 2025.

02.04.25 The construction site next to the Hotel Iberostar Santa Eulalia, was started during the winter months from 1st of November 2024 to 30th of April 2025.

7 villas are being built on the site. Work is being carried out on the site daily from approx. 08:00 to 19:00. According to general municipal regulations, construction work will be suspended from 01/05/25 until 31/10/25. During the summer season, the construction site has a visual effect in the standard rooms. Please find attached a photo of the current state of the construction site.
