We have received information that renovation works are taking place in a building next to the Hotel El Fuerte in Marbella.
The works are carried out externally by a third party and consist of renovating an existing building to convert it into a shopping centre.
The building in question is located about 50 metres from the hotel and the works affect the swimming pool and lounge area with noise and dust.
The works are expected to be finished in October.
The noise can only be heard in the mentioned area.
The hotelier himself has no further information on these works.
