13.11.25 We are pleased to inform you that, after 22 years of operation, we will be undertaking a renovation of our reception area. The works will take place from April 14th to June 16th, 2026.
During this period, the Check-In and Guest Experience areas will be temporarily relocated to the Hotel Lobby.
No work will be done on the reception floor or the hotel entrance. However, the counter will be renewed with a new height and a more modern design. The works will be properly covered by a painted plasterboard wall to maintain a pleasant aesthetic during the process.
These works will not affect our guests’ stay or tranquility, as there are no rooms near the intervention area. Likewise, the restaurants, bars, pools, gardens, and our Thalasso & SPA Center will remain fully operational.
Working hours will be from Monday to Saturday, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with a break between 1:30 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.
05.06.25: We are pleased to inform you that improvement works will be carried out in the Jameo area from October 1st to December 15th, 2025. These works will not affect the operation of the hotel at all, so our guests will be able to enjoy all facilities, bars, and restaurants without any restrictions.We have attached a map of the hotel showing the affected area. We do not anticipate any major inconvenience for our mutual clients during this period.The working hours will be from Monday to Saturday, from 10:00 to 18:00, with a break from 13:30 to 15:00.
03.12.24: In our continuous effort to improve our facilities and ensure that our guests enjoy their vacations to the fullest, we would like to inform you that renovation work will be carried out on the terrace of Bar Salón Mataleñas from January 7 to February 20, 2025.
As in previous occasions, we will take all necessary measures to minimize any inconvenience. Should any issues arise, we will address them immediately to avoid further impact. Our main goal remains ensuring that our guests fully enjoy their well-deserved vacations.
Work schedule:
Monday to Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a break from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM.
