15.04.26: We regret to inform you that, due to technical issues, Essentia Spa will not be available for the Summer 2026 season. We recognize the importance of this service within the hotel's wellness offering and are working to reinstate it in the future, maintaining the high standards of quality that characterize HD Hotels.

27.02.26: Following a thorough operational review prior to opening, we have made the strategic decision to postpone the full launch of the EMBLEM service until May 1st. As a result of this decision: The EMBLEM restaurant will remain temporarily closed until May 1. Sales of the EMBLEM service will be temporarily suspended until April 30. For existing confirmed EMBLEM reservations, the following adjustments will apply: Confirmed All-Inclusive (AI) reservations will be adjusted to the Half-Board (HB) price. Confirmed Half-Board (HB) reservations will be upgraded to EMBLEM All-Inclusive (EMBLEM AI). In all cases, guests will continue to enjoy: EMBLEM rooms and all premium in-room amenities. Access to exclusive EMBLEM areas. Exclusive EMBLEM reception service. All EMBLEM services and features, with the sole exception of the EMBLEM restaurant.

05.12.25: After the successful opening of HD Lobos Natura on October 28, we would like to thank you again for your continued support and collaboration.Following our commitment to continuous improvement and delivery of the product with the highest quality standards, we inform you of an update in the opening calendar of some facilities and room categories.Updated opening schedule:• Rooms Only Adults: will be delivered progressively throughout the month of December 2025.• Emblem rooms: available from 01/02/2026. Emblem, Your Luxury Signature represents much more than a premium category: it is an exquisite experience designed for those who value beauty, detail and authentic connection with the environment, providing personalized service.• Organic In-Pool Bar (Adults Only), Gym and Multisport Courts: new opening date 01/03/2026.• Essentia Spa, our new wellness oasis, will be added for the Summer 2026 season.Until the complete opening of these facilities, all current services will remain operational and we will continue to offer wellness and fitness alternatives to ensure our guests a full experience:• Daily outdoor fitness activities.• Functional training in the solarium Las Lagunitas.• Daily wellness program with yoga, meditation, stretching and fitness activities directed by our animation team.
