11.05.26: We are pleased to inform you that the renovation and improvement works at our hotel H10 Rubicón Horizons Collection have now been completed, and our mutual clients will soon be able to enjoy the new facilities.

- Dolce Vita ->    18:30 h. – 21:30 h. (opening time is subject to change depending on the season).
- Sakura ->         18:30 h. – 21:30 h. (opening time is subject to change depending on the season).
- Steakhouse -> 19:00 h. – 21:30 h. (opening time is subject to change depending on the season).

ADULTS ONLY AREA

 
From 1st of May 2026, this area will offer different types of rooms (recommended for ages 18+) in a designated area where guests can enjoy peace and exclusivity.

Coffee maker and kettle
Fully stocked minibar upon arrival (replenishment subject to charge)
One ticket per person per stay to the Thalasso centre's water circuit.

·         Blue Moon Restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner (depending on the board basis contracted)

RESTAURANT “Blue Moon”  (*)
New comfortable and charm restaurant, offers a wide and select range of cuisine. 
An elegant combination of gastronomic selection to choose in an selected Buffet with some specialities à la carte.

Breakfast service:        08:30 h. - 10:30 h.
International buffet with cold and hot dishes, show cooking and vegetarian option.
Service of coffee, milk, water and fruits juices.
Dinner service:            19:30 h. - 21:30 h.

 (*) Breakfast, lunch, and dinner service at the "Bistro" and "Blue Moon" restaurants will be offered depending on occupancy.


IMPORTANT NOTICE:

-       Special products for celiac sufferers and those with other allergies are available upon request. A drinks menu and table service are also available.
-       Guests aged 18 and over (+18) who have not booked the Adults Only service may use the "BLUE MOON" bar. Consumption will be billed according to the prices listed on the menu.
-       Guests on the All-Inclusive (TI) plan must also pay the menu price for consumption in the Bistro Bar, as payment is separate from the guest's stay plan.

THEMED RESTAURANTS

-       Adults-only guests will have access to the themed restaurants, depending on the number of nights of their stay as stipulated by the hotel's policy, and always with prior reservation.
-       Themed restaurants are not exclusively for guests over 18 years of age. Therefore, children will be present in these establishments.
