26.11.25: * For groups of students, athletes, or other organized groups, the CLIENT will designate a group leader, who must be present and available throughout the stay. This leader will ensure that the group complies with the hotel's code of conduct, maintains appropriate behavior, and respects the rest and safety of other guests. * The HOTELS reserve the right to require additional supervision measures, as well as a security deposit of €30 per person (cash or credit card) against potential damages or breaches of contract. The amount and method of this deposit will be determined by the HOTELS and communicated to the CLIENT before the group's arrival. Costs for damages, disturbances, or penalties attributable to the group will be deducted from this deposit. Failure to comply with these obligations may result in immediate expulsion from the group, in whole or in part, without refund. *Special provision for minors (16–17 years old) Understanding that minors under 18 years of age must always be accompanied by a group leader over 18 years of age expressly authorized in writing by their legal guardians, the CLIENT will be responsible for ensuring that the minors remain at all times under the supervision and responsibility of the designated group leader. Either the parents designate a legal guardian or they assume responsibility themselves, but in either case, authorization and a copy of the ID of one of the parents are required.

We would like to inform you that minors under 18 years of age who are not traveling accompanied by an adult must present the attached form at the hotel reception, duly completed and signed by their father, mother or legal guardian, along with a photocopy of the identity document of the person signing the authorization. Otherwise the hotel will not give them access

Gluten free food: this case the client only has to inform us at the restaurant door and the staff will tell them all the options available. We have many clients with special dietary needs.
