15.09.25: We would like to inform you that Hotel Esmeralda Maris by LIVVO will soon undergo improvement works, with the aim of updating and optimizing its common areas Project details:  Location: main hall and office area.  Nature of the works: restyling with new furniture and redistribution of the main hall.  Alternative reception: a temporary reception area will be set up just 12 meters from the current one. Noise impact: minimal and limited to specific phases. Dust and inconvenience: very minor; the work areas will be enclosed and will not interfere with the guest experience. Work schedule: specific time slots will be established to minimize any impact (to be communicated once confirmed), but the improvements will take place between 15/10/2025 and 20/12/2025.Hotel services: the restaurant, spa, gym, and all other facilities will not be affected and will remain fully operational.These improvements are part of Esmeralda Resorts’ commitment to modernizing our facilities, always striving to enhance guest satisfaction and experience.
