07.09.26: We regret to inform you that, due to an unexpected failure in the swimming pool circulation system, which has also affected some of the associated pipework, it has become necessary to empty and temporarily close the children’s swimming pool.The issue was identified unexpectedly and, in order to carry out the necessary repair and maintenance works safely, the pool will be taken out of service from today.At this stage, we anticipate that the works will take approximately 10 days, although this timeframe may vary depending on the progress of the intervention. We will keep you fully informed of any developments and, in particular, of the expected date for the pool to return to normal operation.We sincerely apologise for the short notice and any inconvenience this unexpected situation may cause to our guests. Our maintenance team and contractors are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and minimise the duration of the closure.All other hotel facilities and services will continue to operate normally.We will continue to monitor the situation closely and provide further information as soon as we have a confirmed update.We apologise once again for this unforeseen inconvenience and thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

07.07.26: As part of our ongoing commitment to maintaining and enhancing the quality of our facilities, we would like to inform you of some planned improvement works at Coral Compostela Beach.From 6 July, we will begin a façade restoration project on sections of the first-floor corridors in Blocks 3 and 4. These essential maintenance works will ensure the long-term preservation and appearance of the property while minimising any disruption to our guests.The accommodation that may be affected is as follows: Block 4 49B, 40C, 40D, 40E, 40F; Block 5 50D, 50E, 50F. The works will involve the restoration of the exterior façade in the garden-facing, non-accessible area of the first floor, as highlighted in the image below. Scaffolding will be installed progressively, moving from right to left in carefully planned phases from Wednesday onwards. This staged approach has been designed to keep the visual impact to an absolute minimum. Project Information. Visual impact: All scaffolding will be fully protected and securely covered throughout the project, ensuring that no debris reaches guest areas. Noise: Some noise is unavoidable during the façade preparation works. However, noisy activities will be restricted to approximately 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. Expected duration: Approximately 60 days. To ensure our guests continue to enjoy the highest levels of comfort, all apartments directly affected by the scaffolding will be taken out of sale for the duration of the works.
