22.06.26:The hotel is currently finalizing the installation of the splash pool area. The multi-purpose sports court is already available for entertainment activities. No construction noise is expected and guests are not affected during their stay. Full completion is anticipated by mid-July

26.05.26: We would like to inform you that we have now completed the necessary safety assessments and will soon be able to announce the opening of our Splash. However, until then, we have no choice but to extend the proposed date to 30 June, and we hope to be able to give you further notice of the opening date before the end of this period.

27.04.26: We would like to inform you that we are still carrying out safety studies and assessments of the splash zone, so we are extending the completion date until the end of May. However, as in previous communication, we would like to inform you that there is no noise from building work and that guests will not be affected during their stay.

26.01.26: We are working on a new children's splash pool with slides in the area where the tennis court used to be. This is a corner area of ​​the hotel with no guest traffic. Initially, the work will continue until the end of February. We don't yet have an opening date for the splash pool, as it depends on a different company and external suppliers than the one carrying out the work.

25.11.25: Contract no answer (si hay que publicarlo) We would like to inform you that we have to remedy a considerable damage in that area where the tennis court is placed and therefore, to take advantage of this, we are improving our facilities. The area affected is in a corner of the fifth floor, away from guest transit. The work is taking place from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 17:00-18:00, with the aim of having as little impact as possible on our guests' rest. Both pool areas, 0 and 5th floor, and bars (Cascada and Coco-Loco) will remain open and provide the usual services during that time.Hopefully, by the time of your stay, the noisiest and largest works should have been carried out. So far, we would like to inform you that although there may obviously be times during the day when the work can be heard, the noise is not particularly annoying, we are not receiving any complaints about it, and we have been working for several weeks now.
