06.05.26: We are writing to update you regarding the Initivm Hydrothermal Circuit at the Beatriz Costa & Spa Hotel's Wellness Center. Please be advised that the hydrothermal circuit's pool area with its special effects and jacuzzi will be temporarily closed due to technical improvements. It is scheduled to reopen on March 31, 2027. To ensure the best possible experience during this period, the hotel continues to offer a significant portion of its Wellness Center facilities as usual, including: • Body/facial treatment and massage area. • Saunas and ice fountain. • Fitness room.

24.11.25: We would like to inform you that the hydrotherapy pools of the Initivm Hydrothermal Circuit at the Wellness Center will remain temporarily out of service due to technical work that needs to be carried out. For technical reasons, we do not yet have a confirmed start or completion date for these works.

All other spa facilities continue to operate normally, including the small pool, saunas, tepidarium, ice fountain, spray cave, fitness room, and the full treatment and massage area.

24.04.25: We are pleased to inform you that the heated outdoor adult pool at Hotel Beatriz Costa & Spa is now available for guest use, following the recent flooding that affected the Costa Teguise area.The remaining part of the outdoor pool (non-heated) will be back in service by the end of this week.

10.04.25 We would like to inform you that, due to a technical issue affecting the Initivm Hydrothermal Circuit of the Wellness Center at the Beatriz Costa & Spa Hotel, we will need to carry out essential maintenance and improvement work, which will require the temporary closure of this specific area. The work is scheduled to begin on Monday, May 12th, with completion expected by Thursday, July 31st.

Please note that all other facilities within the Spa Wellness Center will remain fully operational, including massage services, facial and body treatments, individual whirlpool baths, and more.

15.01.2025:Starting May 1, 2025, access to the spa Circuit Initivm in Beatriz Costa Spa hotel will no longer be included in the All Inclusive plan. This service will be available as an extra for guest who wish to book it. 

28.05.24: All reservations made at the Hotel Beatriz Costa & Spa, starting on June 3, 2024, with the BAR rate, through an online integration contract, will not include entry to the Spa, in the All-inclusive regime.
