27.10.25 Heated Swim Up Rooms: starting from Winter 25/26, all Swim Up rooms in both hotels will feature heated semi-private pools, ensuring maximum comfort throughout the year.New Pickleball Court: our former volleyball court has been transformed into a Pickleball court, a fast-growing sport that we believe will be highly appreciated by our guests.

14.10.25 *There is a pickleball available for hotel´s clients (it is free, there is just a required deposit for the loan of materials.)

17.06.25: Main swimming pool offers two areas: half of it is heated, and the other half is non heated.

• Our half-board plan does not include beverages and offers a buffet service for breakfast and dinner.
• Our all-inclusive plan offers buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner with a selection of beverages, as well as snacks and drinks at our pool bar.
• The à la carte restaurants Koi (Asian) and Mexico Lindo (Mexican) are not included in any plan. However, guests staying at both hotels under the all-inclusive plan enjoy a 20% discount at these restaurants, and if they stay a minimum of 5 nights in the Royal Level all-inclusive plan, they receive 1 complimentary dinner at these restaurants.

  • The Magical restaurant offers differentiated service based on the contracted plan:
    • Breakfast: buffet service with a selection of hot dishes à la carte.
    • Lunch: à la carte service.

11.11.24 We take this opportunity to inform that all customers will have 45 minutes of courtesy, being able to hire the parking service at the reception for their entire stay. It is important to note that the time of entry to the parking will always be taken as a reference to calculate the rate every 24 hours (5 €* / day). They also have the option to stay only a couple of hours, according to the established rate per minutes or hours (maximum 20 €* / day).
