13.04.26: We are delighted to inform you that, as from Saturday 11th April, the swimming pool on the B-Heaven terrace at Barceló Benidorm Beach is fully operational and open for all guests during normal opening hours.

25.03.26 Unfortunately, I must inform you that additional work is required to repair the pool leak, as we have not yet been able to stop it. For this reason, the pool will remain out of service until 13 April. The work consists mainly of maintenance tasks, not noisy construction, so we do not expect any significant disturbance. As up to now, B‑Heaven will remain open at its usual hours so that guests can continue to enjoy the solarium and bar. As we are aware that we are entering a period of better weather and guests will wish to enjoy swimming, we would like to offer the possibility for them to use the facilities of our 5‑star hotels in the area: Barceló La Nucía Hills and Barceló La Nucía Palms, as compensation for the pool being out of service at Barceló Benidorm Beach. For this purpose, we are organising a complimentary transfer service for guests of Barceló Benidorm Beach, with shuttle serviced during fixed times in the morning and afternoon (a 10‑minute journey) between the hotels. The service will start in the next few days and we will confirm shortly. In addition, thanks to the privileged location of Barceló Benidorm Beach, guests will still enjoy easy access to the beach and the Mediterranean Sea. Of course, if any guest wishes to change their stay to another property, we remind you that we have availability at the Barceló La Nucía hotels, with all facilities operating normally.

04.03.26: Unfortunately, I must inform you that, following a more detailed analysis of the situation at the B-Heaven pool, further work is required to repair the leak. For this reason, the pool will remain closed until March 23. This is primarily maintenance work and not noisy construction, so we do not anticipate any significant inconvenience. As before, B-Heaven will remain open during its usual hours so guests can enjoy the sun terrace and bar.

27.02.26: During the refilling of the B-Heaven pool today, a leak was detected, so it will need to be repaired again. Unfortunately, this means we will have to postpone the planned opening date of the pool by one week. We initially had March 2nd as the completion date, but it will now be March 9th.

The B-Heaven pool at Barceló Benidorm Beach will be temporarily closed for mandatory maintenance works starting from 2 February 2026. The estimated duration of the works is approximately 3–4 weeks.

The maintenance involves essential structural repairs to ensure the pool is in optimal condition for the upcoming season. During the first few days, some increased noise may occur due to tile removal; however, afterwards the works will be minor and are not expected to affect guests’ enjoyment of the terrace.

Maintenance works will take place Monday to Friday, between 09:00 and 17:00.

The B-Heaven terrace and bar will remain open with their regular winter schedule, and all other hotel services will operate as usual.
