23.10.25 We would like to inform you of an important update to the admission policy of our hotels in Lloret de Mar for the high summer season 2026 (from June 23rd to September 13th, 2026).
Starting from this notice, reservations from guests under 21 years of age wishing to share the same room will not be accepted.

Our establishments for the upcoming season are primarily oriented towards families and adult couples, and we wish to maintain the type of experience we aim to provide.
This decision is the result of a thorough assessment of the guest profile that best aligns with our values and the quality of service we strive to offer.

Pets friendly: 1 dog is allowed per room with a maximum weight of 8kgs and has a cost of €10 per night to be paid directly at the hotel. The dog has to be properly tied up in the room and in the reception area, but it cannot go to the restaurant or pool area or to the lounge/bar area of ​​the hotel.
