23.10.25 We would like to inform you of an important update to the admission policy of our hotels in Lloret de Mar for the high summer season 2026 (from June 23rd to September 13th, 2026).
Starting from this notice, reservations from guests under 21 years of age wishing to share the same room will not be accepted.

Our establishments for the upcoming season are primarily oriented towards families and adult couples, and we wish to maintain the type of experience we aim to provide.
This decision is the result of a thorough assessment of the guest profile that best aligns with our values and the quality of service we strive to offer.

03.01.25 Regulations for minors (under 18 years old)

*Minors in organized groups, sports, cultural, schools. etc.

They usually come with teachers and monitors.  They should come with parental permission. We can admit them without problem.

*Minors 16 years old, on reservations (NO GROUPS) accompanied by mayors with parental authorization. We will verify the veracity of the authorization and accept the reservation.

*Minors 16 years old on reservations accompanied by other minors, are not accepted in the accommodation regardless of whether have parental/maternal authorization

*Under 18 years old but older 16 years old with parental or maternal authorization we will check the veracity of the authorization and accept in the accommodation.

They will have to provide the filled form and a photocopy of the parents ID or Passport.

*Under 18 years old without authorization, will not be accepted in the accommodation.
