UKINO TERRACE ALGARVE

09.12.25: New deposit policy at check-in from 2026. At Ukino, we believe that small improvements can make a big difference both in the guest experience and in the efficiency of our daily operations.Therefore, we would like to inform you that, starting January 1st, 2026, a new procedure for deposit management at check-in will come into effect. In line with best international practices, all guests will be asked to present a valid credit card upon check-in, which will be linked to their reservation. This process allows for a smoother and safer management of any incidental charges or loaned items (such as towel cards, kettles, and other amenities), removing the need for cash deposits. In exceptional cases where the guest cannot or does not wish to provide a credit card, and the stay has been fully prepaid prior to arrival, check-in will still be possible, but access to items subject to deposit will not be available.

26.11.25: Due to a delay in the delivery of materials, the renovation of the UKINO TERRACE restaurant will not take place as previously communicated. The new scheduled dates are 5 to 29 January 2026, with the restaurant set to reopen on 30 January. During this period, guests will be able to enjoy breakfast and dinner at the Açoteia Restaurant at our Ukino Palmeiras Village .If the work is completed earlier than expected, the reopening date will be brought forward accordingly.

31.10.25: The renovation process of our restaurant will be starting 03.12 until 21.12 , during this time , like informed below , meals will be served at the AÇOTEIA Restaurant, located just a short walking distance away at Ukino Palmeiras Village.

20.10.25:We would like to inform you that the renovation of our restaurant at Ukino Terrace Algarve, originally scheduled to begin on November 3rd, has been postponed to December. The exact start date will be confirmed soon.

30.09.25:  Enhancing Your Stay – Restaurant Renovation at Ukino Terrace Algarve At Ukino Terrace Algarve, we are constantly working to enhance the comfort and experience of our guests. As part of this improvement, our main restaurant will undergo renovation starting November 3rd, 2025. During this time, meals will be served at the AÇOTEIA Restaurant, located just a short walking distance away at Ukino Palmeiras Village, where we will continue to offer the same high-quality cuisine and personalized service in a warm and welcoming setting. We expect to complete the works by November 30th. Should there be any changes to this date, we will inform you with as much notice as possible.

27.11.24:  We are writing to inform you that, to maintain the highest standards at Ukino Terrace Algarve, improvement works will be carried out in the coming weeks. The type of work planned is not expected to generate much noise; however, occasional disturbances may occur. During this period, the pools will be unavailable as per the following schedule:

• Children’s Pool: Replacement of a broken skimmer and regrouting/repair of tiles with epoxy. Dates: November 25–29.
• Adults’ Pool: Regrouting and repair of tiles with epoxy. Dates: December 2–13.

27.05.24. Please note about some service restrctions in WINTER time: our Reception timetable will be between 08:00 and 00:00, closing for lunch/staff rest between 13:00-14:00 and 18:00-19:00; Our Terrace restaurant will remain open from 07:30 till 10:30 for Breakfasts and 19:00-22:00 for Dinners. Soft beverages during Dinner included on HB. Bakery remains open from 08:00 till 23:00 except for Wednesdays on which it will remain closed all day. Note that on January 2025, Bakery will be closed for maintenance”
