09.02.2026: During November 2026, the hotel will operate with adjusted services depending on occupancy levels.

Leisure Area:
The Kids Club will be available upon prior booking. Swimming pools for adults and children will be open between 10:00 and 17:30 (without lifeguard supervision).
Glees Pool Bar will operate from 10:30–12:30 and 13:45–17:30.
Water slides will be open from 10:30–12:30 and 13:15–17:30.
The thematic restaurant and the virtual reality room will be available upon reservation.
The games room and crossfit room will be open between 10:30 and 17:30.

Main Building:
Sra. da Rocha Restaurant and the gym will operate according to the regular schedule.
Swimming pools (adults & children) will be open from 10:00 to 17:30 (without lifeguard supervision).
The lobby bar will be available during this period.

Entertainment Programme:
Daytime entertainment will include three activities in the morning and three activities in the afternoon (e.g. table tennis, stretching, games).
In the evening, regular shows will be performed when LaFerias Theatre is open. If the theatre is closed, evening entertainment will take place at the lobby bar in the form of interactive games.
Children’s activities will be offered every evening, such as a mini disco or kids corner, depending on the day.

Closed or Limited Areas:
Zen Pool Bar and Rooftop will remain closed.
The 24/7 Snack Bar will operate in an alternative location if not available in its usual area, with snack service provided at Sra. da Rocha Restaurant.
LaFerias Theatre will only be open when occupancy levels justify its operation.

09.12.25: New deposit policy at check-in from 2026. At Ukino, we believe that small improvements can make a big difference both in the guest experience and in the efficiency of our daily operations.Therefore, we would like to inform you that, starting January 1st, 2026, a new procedure for deposit management at check-in will come into effect. In line with best international practices, all guests will be asked to present a valid credit card upon check-in, which will be linked to their reservation. This process allows for a smoother and safer management of any incidental charges or loaned items (such as towel cards, kettles, and other amenities), removing the need for cash deposits. In exceptional cases where the guest cannot or does not wish to provide a credit card, and the stay has been fully prepaid prior to arrival, check-in will still be possible, but access to items subject to deposit will not be available.

17.07.25 Please note that water park and Sky Bar may be closed during winter time, depending on weather conditions. Time table for bars and other services may be slightly changed during winter time.

27.03.25: Subject: Temporary Relocation of Main Restaurant Services

Dear Partners,

We would like to inform you that, due to essential maintenance work, the Sra. da Rocha restaurant will be temporarily closed starting March 27th, 2025, for an estimated period of three weeks.

During this time, all main restaurant services will be provided at our Açoteia restaurant. Guests will be duly informed, and we will continue to provide the same high standards of service and attention as always.
