14.07.26: First of all, we would like to thank you once again for your understanding and continued support in managing this situation with our mutual guests.Despite our continuous efforts to expedite the works on the Tennis Court, we regret to inform you that the project has experienced further unforeseen delays related to the construction works. As a result, the Tennis Court is now expected to open on 30 September.As previously communicated, the unavailability of the Tennis Court does not impact the on-site guest experience, as this facility is located outside the main resort area. All other hotel facilities and services continue to operate as normal.We kindly ask you to continue informing our mutual guests of this update for all future bookings and to amend the information on your platforms by either removing this facility temporarily or updating the expected opening date to 30 September.

26.05.26: “First, we would like to appreciate all the understanding and management with our mutual guests of this unfortunate and unpredictable situation.We would like to share that despite all our efforts in speeding the works at the Tennis Court, unfortunately due to last-minute unforeseen circumstance of the contractors and suppliers we need to delay the opening of the Tennis Court to August the 1st. As until now – apart from not having indeed this feature available for our guests – there is no impact onsite to the guest experience in-house, since – as you know – the Tennis Court is located slightly offsite in an area outside the resort. 

18.03.26 Following the recent refurbishment work carried out at the hotel, we would like to inform you that the Jacuzzi and Turkish Bath are no longer available. Instead, we are now offering a new sauna, which is available to our guests.
