Please be advised that the Beach Festival will take place from 03 to 05 July 2026, with setup and dismantling activities continuing until 12 July 2026. While the hotel will maintain all normal services and guest safety measures, significant noise and increased activity are expected during this period. Guests seeking a quiet and relaxing holiday experience may wish to consider alternative travel dates.(25.06.2026)

28.04.26: Following our previous communication, we would like to inform you that the deck renovation works at AP Oriental Beach will be extended until 2nd May.In this final phase, the intervention will be focused exclusively on the terrace area, located on the opposite side of the pool, corresponding to the continuation of the deckWe are pleased to inform you that the deck area around the pool is now fully completed and operational, allowing guests to enjoy this space without any significant visual disturbance.

08.04.26: We would like to inform you that refurbishment works are scheduled to begin in the restaurant deck and pool area at AP Oriental Beach from 13th April, with an estimated duration of approximately two weeks. This is an urgent and unplanned maintenance intervention due to the severe weather conditions experienced in the Algarve this winter.During this period, there may be some visual impact and occasional disturbances for guests using the pool and terrace areas. However, every effort will be made to minimise any inconvenience and to ensure the best possible experience for our guests.

08.10.24: Please consider the following information regarding AP Oriental Beach - Adults Friendly (HBE 465):

“We have to inform you that AP Oriental Beach - Portimão will be carrying out an intervention to increase the number of rooms in the unit's inventory. Five rooms will be added to the hotel's inventory. This addition will take place on the top floor of the hotel, in a central and secluded area, so the impact will be minimal for all customers. This intervention will take place between the 15th of November 2024 and 15th March 2025. During this period, the hotel will remain open and all its facilities will be fully operational.

FRom our side, we will do everything we can to protect our guests and minimise the impact of these interventions. In particular, we will allocate guests to rooms / areas away from the top floor and the aforementioned central area. We will also manage the intervention schedules in such a way as to minimise the impact of this intervention on our guests. 

Thank you very much for your co-operation so we believe it's important that you inform your customers, both future and existing bookings to avoid any kind of inconvenience for them.

We have scheduled this intervention for the low season in order to minimise its impact on our customers, and we are available for any questions or queries you may have.
