Hotel News (30.06.2026) We would like to provide a brief update on the scheduled enhancement of the Level 18 Rooftop Cabana Lounge pool. As the project progresses, the anticipated completion date has been refined to July 31, 2026. All activity is being carefully coordinated to minimize any disruption to our mutual clients throughout the process.

Hotel News (30.06.2026) - Please be informed that Royalton CHIC Cancun will carry out a Diamond Club™ Lounge enhancement and expansion project from September 1 to October 15, 2026. During this period, the Diamond Club™ Lounge will be temporarily unavailable. However, Diamond Club™ guests will continue to enjoy a dedicated check-in area at the Front Desk, and all Diamond Club™ privileges, including premium beverage service and exclusive benefits, will remain fully available. All other resort facilities, including accommodations, restaurants, bars, pools, entertainment venues, and amenities, will operate as usual throughout the project.

HOTEL NEWS (18.04.2026): At Royalton CHIC Cancun, the Level 18 Rooftop Cabana Lounge pool will be partially out of service from May 4 to June 15, 2026, due to technical enhancement works. The project will be carried out in phases, so the area will not be fully closed. All other resort facilities, including alternative pools, restaurants, bars, and entertainment, will remain fully operational.
