Hotel News (26.03.2026) - Service point reorganization:

 The Food Truck is no longer in service; snacks are now offered exclusively at Bamboleo, including burgers and hot dogs.

 MaLoo Bar: the beverage offering has been integrated into other resort bars, which now feature an expanded non-alcoholic beverage selection. The original MaLoo space is no longer operating as a service point.

• Payment: Accepted currencies — MXN, EUR, CAD, GBP; cards — Visa, Amex, MasterCard. USD cash not accepted.

• Environmental Fee: 33.42 MXN (≈$1.78 USD) per person/night, payable at the hotel.

• Parking: Free, no reservation needed.

• Privileged Guests: Extra benefits — BLoved restaurant, exclusive pool & beach area, 24h room service, discounts on spa, shops, romantic dinners, early check-in & late check-out (subject to availability).
