2024 - Partial renovation in some rooms (bathrooms) and public areas.
As per contract, we would like to inform you that air-condition use is no longer free of charge and there is an extra cost of €4 per day.
Air conditioning is only free of charge during July and August.
For the rest of the months, there is an additional charge of €4 per day, payable on the spot by the clients.
This applies to all room types and is valid also for the year 2025.
beach and pool towels are provided to guests with a deposit of €10, which is refunded to them upon check-out.
If guests wish to change these towels during their stay, there is an additional charge of €2 per change, which is not refundable.
Guests of Sun bay can use the waterpark of Eri Beach. The two hotels (Sun Bay and Eri Beach have shared facilities)
