Updates for 2027 season.

• Complimentary Room Service e-Menu

For the 2027 season, the Caramel All-Inclusive programme has been enhanced to include complimentary Room Service via e-menu, available daily from 11:00 to 23:00. This new benefit offers guests even greater convenience and comfort throughout their stay.

• Extended All-Inclusive Privileges on Departure Day

Guests enjoying the Caramel All-Inclusive programme may now continue to benefit from selected dining and beverage privileges until their actual departure time. This replaces the previous limitation of 17:00 on the day of departure and ensures a more seamless and enjoyable conclusion to the holiday experience.

• Clearly Defined À La Carte Dining Entitlements for Shorter Stays

To provide greater transparency and support accurate guest communication, the included dining entitlements for stays of fewer than seven nights are now clearly defined as follows:

• 1 night: Buffet dining at the main restaurant
• 2 nights: 1 à la carte dinner included
• 3 nights: 2 à la carte dinners included
• 4–7 nights: 3 à la carte dinners included

The included à la carte dining experiences comprise the participating in-house restaurants and a Dine Out experience at a selected local restaurant. Reservations are required and all dining experiences are subject to availability.
