• Guests must wear their all-inclusive wristbands throughout their stay

• Lost room key: Replacement fee of 50 LE

• Beach towels can be exchanged once per day at the pool area

• For late check-out, please contact the reception in advance. Wristbands are removed at 12:00 noon on the day of departure to avoid additional charges
