SUNRISE GRAND SELECT DIAMOND BEACH RESORT

Hotel News (29.05.2026) Please be informed that, as of 25.05.2026, the enhancement and expansion project at SUNRISE Diamond Beach Resort has been successfully completed, and all hotel facilities and services are now fully operational.

As part of these improvements, the following new facilities and services have been added/upgraded for guests:

• 22 new Family Suites have been added to the resort inventory.
• A new Snack Bar has been opened in the Family Pool area.
• A new Food Truck serving snacks and light bites throughout the day has started operating.
• The Aqua Park area has been expanded with new slides and attractions.

The Aqua Park facilities now include:

• Existing Aqua Park: 5 Family Slides/3 Kids Slides
• New Aqua Park: 5 Additional Slides

Room Features:

• The Family Suite is located in the family zone, between the main hotel gates entrance and the main building (Buildings N 1, 2, 3, 4) with views of the aqua park, pool, and garden. This area has 2 swimming pools
• The Executive Jacuzzi Suite is located in Building N14, on the second floor, with a sea view. It is close to the main pool and the activity zone

Hotel news (1.11.24): we would like to confirm that the Aqua Park in hotel will be closed for maintenance from 23rd November 2024 for a period of one month (until further notifications). 

Hotel News (as of 17.09.2025): We would like to inform you that the hotel has scheduled a major renovation and expansion project from November 15, 2025, to April 15, 2026 (until further notice).
As part of the project, 22 new guest rooms will be added and new water slides will be installed in the aqua park.

Renovation areas:

• Family pool and bar – closed
• Buildings 1, 2, and 3 – 44 rooms out of service
• Building 4 – partial closure with 10 rooms (out of 87) unavailable

All other pools and bars will remain fully operational

ATTENTION! During the first month (November 15 – December 15, 2025), heavy demolition work will take place, which will generate noticeable noise and dust.
