Hotel News (29.12.2025) - Shoni Bay has commenced a project to construct a new building. The completion of the project is planned for summer 2026 (until further notice). The ongoing construction works will not affect the hotel’s operations or guest comfort in any way.

The new building is located outside the hotel’s operational area and is completely separated from all active guest zones by a 6-meter-high protective fence. This fence will remain in place throughout the entire construction period and will be removed only after all works are fully completed.
