Please note the renovation status of the hotel facilities for the period October – December 2025:

Completed Renovations (by November 2025): Entrance Road and Parking, 296 Rooms East & West Wing, Hotel Lobby, Sheraton Fitness Centre, Bistro 24 (Main Restaurant), Sheraton Beach, More Café & Lunaire Lounge

Available Facilities: Massage Centre & Hair Salon, Kids Club, Beach Bar (available in Oct–Nov; under renovation in Dec)

Ongoing / Scheduled Renovations:

• Aqua Splash Waterpark: additional activities installation; annual maintenance closure from 1–22 December 2025
• Sheraton Main Pool: pool bar & amenities upgrade in progress (Oct–Nov); renovation completed in Dec
• Sheraton Watersport Centre: under renovation in Oct–Nov; renovation completed in Dec
• Italian Restaurant: under renovation (Oct–Dec)
• Sea View Restaurant: under renovation (Oct–Dec)
• 31 Beach Suites & Pool: under renovation (Oct–Dec)
• Sheraton Club Lounge: under renovation (Oct–Dec)

Alternative facilities will be available for all areas under renovation, except for the Sheraton Club (new facility). All dates are subject to change without prior notification.

Sheraton Club Lounge Concept (extra / New Hotel Service)

Lounge Club - Key Features:

• Exclusive Offerings: Special breakfast, evening hors d’oeuvres, high-speed internet access, and a variety of snacks and beverages available throughout the day
• Personalized Service: individual approach to all guests
• Amenities: The Lounge (open daily from 6:30 AM to 10:00 PM) offers comfortable relaxation areas, workspaces, and access to amenities such as wireless printers and charging stations
• Dress Code: Guests are required to adhere to a smart casual dress code
• Children Policy: Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult in the Lounge. The Lounge has restricted access, and additional charges may apply for more guests, including children

• Tennis Court is in extra charge 15$ per hour for the court only.
• Aqua park entrance fees : Food and beverages at the Aqua Park are at extra charge even for all-inclusive guests
• Water sport Non-motorized activities supplement 18$ per person per dayParking

• Hotel offers self-parkingfree of charge.
• Porterage : Hotel will provide porterage service for free

Room Features___________________________________________________________

• Standard rooms are available in two configurations:
  1. 1 King-size bed + sofa – the sofa can be used as an additional sleeping space for children
  2. Two separate twin beds – these rooms do not have a sofa, and no extra bed is provided. Therefore, children are accommodated on the existing beds together with their parents
• Suite rooms are equipped with 1 King-size bed and + sofa
