Нotel News (23.03.2026) We would like to inform you that all renovation works have been successfully completed. All facilities, including the main swimming pool and the spa pool, are fully operational. The resort is currently operating under normal conditions.

Hotel News (as of 29.09.2025): We would like to inform you that the hotel has scheduled renovation works:

1. Main and Spa Swimming Pools (both pools are heated during the winter season / renovation works will be carried out sequentially):

• Maintenance of the Main Swimming Pool will take place from 10.01.2026 to 10.02.2026 (until further notice).
• Maintenance of the Spa Swimming Pool will take place from 11.02.2026 to 28.02.2026 (until further notice).

2. Installation of new fire safety stairs / renovation of bridges near the Nefertiti Building:

• New fire safety stairs will be installed in the Ramses and Nefertiti buildings between 10.01.2026 and 27.03.2026 (until further notice).
• Renovation of the bridges will take place from 01.12.2025 to 27.03.2026 (until further notice).

Please note that the Nefertiti Building will remain closed during this period.

Hotel News (as of 6.01.25): We would like to inform you about the renovation works taking place at Palm Royale Resort:

1. Cleopatra Building Renovation: The renovation of rooms will be extended until February 28, 2025, and the façade will be repainted.

2. Main Building (Section C): Renovation of rooms in the right wing of the main building will take place from January 27, 2025, to March 15, 2025.

3. Walkway Renovation: Renovation of all walkways within the resort will occur from January 27, 2025, to March 15, 2025. Certain areas of the landscape will be closed off to guests. The main swimming pool will be unavailable during this period, as the pool area will undergo renovation. However, the spa pool renovation has been postponed to allow guests to use the heated pool instead.

4. Bar Renovations: Johny's Bar and Atrium Bar will undergo renovation in February 2025, but not simultaneously. When one bar is closed, the other will remain open for guest use.

5. Restaurant Renovations:

   • Italian Restaurant: Closed in February 2025 for bar renovations. Guests can enjoy other à la carte options, including Greek, Lebanese, and Asian cuisines.
   • La Terrace Restaurant: Closed in February 2025 for renovation. Breakfast will be served at the main restaurant.
