Hotel News(21.02.2026):Diamond Club Beach Bar will undergo enhancement works from February 23 to March 20, 2026. During this period, food and beverage services will be available at Pescari Restaurant during regular operating hours, and beachside waiter service will be reinforced to ensure a seamless guest experience.In addition, selected swim-out room pergolas will be refreshed from March 2 to April 27, 2026. The works will be carried out in phases, with four rooms blocked at a time for approximately eight days per section, and conducted during daytime hours to minimize guest impact.

Hotel News (29.01.2026) - As part of ongoing enhancement initiatives by Royalton Hotels & Resorts, scheduled maintenance will take place at the Mermaid Pool area of Royalton CHIC Punta Cana – Adults Only.

The works are planned to start on February 2, 2026, and are expected to last approximately 20 days. All activities will be carried out during daytime hours with minimal impact on guest comfort. Diamond Club™ guests will continue to enjoy dedicated alternative pool areas and uninterrupted premium services.

All other pools, facilities, and resort amenities will remain fully operational during this period.
