19.02.2026 :As part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing our facilities and ensuring the highest standards for our guests, we would like to inform you that the Family Pool, Kids Pool, and Kids Water Park will be temporarily closed for upgrades during the month of Ramadan.

We would like to reassure you that this enhancement period has been carefully scheduled to minimize any impact on your stay. During this time:

• The Adult Pool will remain fully open and accessible to families as well
• Our private beach, including Aloha Beach, will remain open and operational as usual
• All other hotel facilities and services will continue to operate normally

These upgrades are part of our efforts to further elevate the leisure experience for our families and younger guests, and we truly appreciate your understanding while we carry out these improvements.

(21.01.2026) - Please be informed that scheduled maintenance works at The Art Hotel & Resort will take place from the first week of November 2025 until the end of February 2026. The works will be mainly limited to exterior areas as part of the hotel’s ongoing enhancement program. All hotel services, facilities, and operations will remain fully available and unaffected during this period.

Half Board (HB) concept at the hotel, dinner can be replaced with lunch. Breakfast, lunch or dinner is served in the main restaurant (buffet).

Half Board Plus (HB+) concept at the hotel, dinner can be exchanged for lunch. Breakfast, lunch or dinner is served in the main restaurant (buffet). Lunch or dinner also includes 2 glasses of draught beer or wine per person per meal. 

Full Board (FB) concept, breakfast, lunch and dinner are served in the main restaurant (buffet). 

Full board plus (FB+) includes breakfast, lunch and dinner + house beverages (wine and beer 2 glasses during lunch and/or dinner) Water, carbonated drinks and juices are included. Except, fresh juices which is on chargeable basis.

*The hotel has the right to make changes to the concept without prior notice.Depending on the hotel's operations, lunch and dinner may be served as a buffet or a la carte.

Maintenance works commencing from the first week of November 2025. Activities will be focused primarily on the hotel’s exterior areas and are part of our ongoing enhancement program.All hotel services, facilities, and guest experiences will remain fully available and unaffected during this period. The works will be carefully coordinated to ensure minimal noise disturbance to our guests within the regular hours and smooth continuity of all operations.
